You can pay online with a credit or debit card, set up autopay in your portal, mail a check, or drop your payment in the onsite drop box. Autopay can be scheduled for the 3rd or 4th of each month if you prefer.
Yes. Choose your unit online, complete checkout, and you can move in right away once you receive your access details.
Yes. All rentals are month-to-month, so you’re never locked into a long-term contract.

It depends on what you’re storing. A 5x10 works well for small apartment items, while a 10x10 or larger fits furniture and multi-room storage. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help you choose.
Yes. Climate-controlled units are available at our Locust St location and are ideal for items sensitive to heat, cold, or humidity.
Insurance isn’t required, but it’s a good idea. We offer tenant protection during online move-in, and some homeowners or renters policies may also cover stored items.
We appreciate as much notice as possible, but there’s no required notice period. Just let us know once you’re fully moved out.
