If I rent online, how much do I pay?
When you rent from us, the amount due would be the monthly rent plus refundable deposit. The 1st month would be prorated.
When is the bill due? I get paid the 3rd
Rent is due the 1st of the month. However, there is a 5 day grace
period. Automatic payments can be setup to take out the 3rd or 4th of
the month if you wish
Can I rent a unit out online and move in immediately?
Absolutely.

Do I have to have insurance?
Although it is a good idea to insure your belongings, it is not
required. We offer insurance when you rent online as an added
benefit/option. Renters insurance and homeowners may also cover your
belongings.
What payment options are available?
When you rent online, you will need a credit/debit card. Unless you
call us. After you've rented the unit, you may setup autopay from
credit/debit card or checking account. This can be setup to take out the
3rd or 4th of the month. You could pay online, mail check or drop
payment off in the on-site drop box.
